Turn Tech, established in 1997, is a privately owned, owner managed business specializing in the production of Turned and Milled fittings, fasteners and machined components, machined to meet our customers specific needs.

Turn Tech produces primarily small components ranging from very small to 150mm diameter.  We will produce to a customer’s detailed specification or develop the required component together with the customer to meet the customers’ requirements.

Parts are produced in all engineering materials including mild steel, carbon steels, stainless steels, brass, aluminium and engineering plastics.

Parts are produced on the most appropriate machinery from a selection of CNC lathes, CNC mills, turret mills and various manual machines.

We will work with a customer from project inception through to final volume production and will manufacture parts in volumes to suit the customer’s needs. We can run your production, whether it is 5 parts of 5000 we don’t impose a minimum batch size, although costs can determine the most economical batch run.

Close interaction with customers is maintained through personal control of the business being vested with the owner and a dedicated management and production team who take pride in the work they produce.

Turn Tech produces or has produced components for the following industries. Defense industries, medical, electronics, general engineering, motor, retail, point of sale/purchase, rubber molders, security and access control and many others.

Whilst the core of the business is the production of parts and components for customers, we do have a range of products of our own. Our product line up also includes a LP Gas Safe Appliance approved LP gas cooker top.
